E. R.Ok, where do I start?!
I'll start here: Nefra is amazing at what she does; she's kind, she's knowledgeable and she's dependable. In a nutshell, she knows her stuff.
For about 3 months now I have had really painful legs, creating all sorts of unusual sensations and some days resorting me to tears. I was given certain exercises to do, I was sent for blood tests, I was told to rest - nothing helped.
Lockdown didn't help the situation with preventing help where needed. But now Nefra can do treatments again and I'll tell you now, if you have any problems, she's your therapist!
But prior to this, to keep me going, she made me what I call my magic potion. She made me a gel which has got a natural anaesthetic.
This worked amazingly. While it didn't solve the problem, it certainly aided it.
5 stars for definite!
L. C.I have been to see Nefra for various treatments, she is amazing at what she does incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She makes me feel at ease and her therapy room is lovely. She is following all guidelines set out to ensure a Covid-19 secure therapy room. I have a chronic pain condition CRPS, I have been working with her to ease my symptoms and as I walk with crutches I'm very much out of alignment and end up with shoulder, back and hip pain. Nefra always sorts these areas for me and I feel much better after a treatment with her. I can't wait to come back for my next treatment. 🙏🏻
S. G.An old shoulder injury flared up and was making life really miserable, painful and uncomfortable. I could not manage my normal daily activities. Three sessions with Nefra completely sorted me out. Such a relief to be pain free, able to use my arm and shoulder and enjoy life again.
Nefra is my daughter but I would have written this review for whoever I had seen, so I thought it was only fair that I write a review for her.
D. A. L. D. D.I started seeing Nefra at the end of the first lockdown on a weekly basis following a referral to her from a friend. Nefra did not disappoint and my regular visit for a Friday afternoon back massage (in the very safe and sanitised condition of her home consulting room) was a pleasure and delight - until the second lockdown snookered it! I shall be back once we are allowed out again.
I can recommend Nefra without reservation and give her 'my royal' seal of approval! Ann Limb High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire (in nomination 2023/4) but not joking in this review of Nefra's services!
