This is my favourite self care session. Linzi is fabulous and picks up on everything going on with my body during my reflexology treatment. She really can read your feet. The treatment is in a lovely setting and I've yet to not fall asleep during the deeply relaxing treatment regardless of how stressed I am. Highly recommended, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I love going to Linzi for treatments. I started going to her with fertility problems but after a few months of therapy I got pregnant and now I go to her for maternity reflexology. She helped me prepare my body and soul to receive a soul in my womb. Maternity reflexology treatments also helped me a lot in the first trimester because the pregnancy symptoms were very mild to zero. I can't recommend her enough but I will definitely continue to go to her throughout the pregnancy and after the pregnancy as well. If you are still wondering whether to make an appointment with Linzi or not I tell you with all my heart do it now!

Linzi is truly amazing and I highly recommend! I had the most relaxing experience and I left on cloud nine. Mt whole life I have suffered from UTIs and fatigue. 2 years ago it escalated to chronic UTI and chronic pain, to which I struggled to function, Doctors simply put me on long term antibiotics and were not really intrested in getting to thr bottom of the issue. So after much of my own research i contacted the amazing Linzi at Holistic hut. My has she helped change my life. with the help of her reflexology (I was also seeing an acupuncturist at her recommendation) I have been off antibiotics since January (after being on them for 6 months and being told it could be a few years) I have had no UTI since January and My pain has almost gone completely. I have also had Reiki to help clear the blocks from the mental strain all the issues I have had. walking into Linzis hut feeling over whelmed and anxious is not a nice experience but walking out feeling much lighter, and more focused after a Reiki session is just and amazing experience. After so much work to get to where I am we decided a sound bath would be a fantastic way to try and do a whole system reset and clear out, having never experienced a sound bath before I was not sure what to expect, but I can honestly say it is one of the most relaxing experiences of my life! I still have a fair way to go with my treatment, but without Linzi I would without a doubt still be in constant, debilitating pain and I would still likely be on antibiotics. Linzi has helped give me my life back for that I am eternally grateful. If you have doubts about whether she can help, don't, she is honestly fantastic at what she does and lovely with it!

I have been having various treatments with Linzi for the past six months; Indian Head Massage, Foot & Hand Reflexology and today a Soundbath. I find it extremely difficult to switch off with everyday life, and to be 'good to myself' but having treatments with Linzi allow me to do both of those things. Had the most amazing reflexology treatment today, think I may have fallen asleep! For someone who finds it hard to switch off and relax, reflexology with Linzi has made such a difference for me. I have been for several treatments at the hut with Linzi. It is some well needed me time to help me relax and it helps me sleep so much better!! I find her to be very knowledgeable and professional and follows all of the new rules on Covid hygiene and I feel completely safe when in the hut. I have recommended her to several people with varying degrees of complaints and they have all said they found their treatments beneficial and all continue to go see her. My only advice is to book early as she can get booked up quickly !!

I am not very good at relaxing even when I'm having relaxing treatments however from the second Linzi greeted me at her gate, she made me feel at ease. Once in and settled Linzi explained everything that she was going to do during the treatment, then I laid back and tried to relax, it didn't take too long. The whole treatment was amazing and felt like I was there for ages (I hate when relaxing treatments only seem to last 10 mins!). Overall I would definitely recommend Linzi, she is professional but friendly and very good at what she does.

What can I say...Meeting Linzi at the Holistic Hut was life changing for me! I suffer chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis for 10 years and I had never tried reflexology but have tried lots of other therapies. I also at the time was suffering agoraphobia and anxiety and depression. Linzi put me at ease from our first telephone assessment. Her intuition and kind nature are amazing and I was lots more confident to leave the house for treatment. The hut itself is a beautiful space and very calming and the reflexology is blissful. It was the first time I truly relaxed in years! Linzi worked magic and I saw some improvements in my symptoms. The sound therapy was also amazing. My depression and anxiety massively improved after our sessions. Linzi is very clued up about endometriosis, chronic pain and women's health and I felt totally trusting and comfortable straight away. I wasn't sleeping well before treatment but I slept fantastic afterwards. I would 100% recommend The Holistic Hut to anyone and especially if you have chronic pain or women's health issues. Linzi is an awesome human!

Just had a maternity reflexology. It was a great experience. I almost fell into deep sleep. Linzi has been very professional thru out the treatment. Linzi is absolutely fantastic at what she does, a true professional who has a real talent. More than that, she’s a wonderful person who genuinely cares about her clients, and personally goes out of her way to demonstrate this. My favourite treatment is the hot stone reflexology (or is it the regular reflexology - both are fabulous!), where you can drift off while hot and fragrant stones are used to massage the feet and legs. It really is heaven! I always leave the Hut feeling pampered, restored and cared for. I can’t recommend Linzi highly enough, these wonderful treatments with Linzi should be a treat in everyone’s lives!

I cannot recommend Linzi and The Holistic Hut highly enough. I have had some lovely reflexology treatments and most recently an Indian head Massage (this actually covers the head, neck, shoulders, arms and face). These treatments have left me absolutely zoned out at the time and recharged and refreshed over the next few days. Linzi makes you feel so welcome and has a lovely warm spirit that makes you feel so relaxed even before she starts. The Holistic hut is so warm and inviting and has a cosy atmosphere.....perfect! I first went to the Holistic Hut for Reiki and Chakra rebalancing back in 2018 after seeing it advertised on Facebook. Linzi was amazing, really calm and welcoming and the Hut was lovely, clean and peaceful. I was a little sceptical at first having never had Reiki before but it was amazing! Totally relaxing and I felt so much better afterwards. Linzi helped clear some blockages for me that meant my energy flowed much better afterwards and helped me move forward. Sometimes energy does get blocked and Linzi can help you move past this. 100% a convert! I have recommended the Holistic Hut to everyone since as it was really a great experience. I have since been back for reflexology which was again an incredibly relaxing and harmonising experience. Linzi was able to identify physical issues which were causing me discomfort in pain and offer some ideas on how I could help ease these issues in every day life. If you feel you need re-balance, guidance, healing or are just curious I fully recommend Linzi at the Holistic Hut - she's amazing!

I have arthritis all over but I have never tried any sort of reflexology or massage therapy before. This was fantastic, I had an indian head massage which left my neck and shoulders feeling relaxed and a lot less 'clicky'. The effects lasted a least a couple of days so if I lived closer I would be rebooking on regular occasions. If you've never tried this sort of therapy before then definitely get yourself booked in. More recently I have had Indian head massage which includes massage of the shoulders neck and head. All of these treatments have had an amazing effect on me as a person. Just had my second sound massage. What an experience! I didn’t really go for a specific reason but was curious as to whether it would help my tinnitus. And it does! It doesn’t stop my tinnitus but it definitely reduces the volume of it for several hours after the treatment. And also, much to my surprise, it also helped with my lower back pain. After my first treatment I had the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. The sounds and vibrations from the bowls are are so relaxing. Definitely recommend!

I booked in for a sound massage, didn’t know what was involved but she was lovely so welcoming and told me exactly what she was going to do. I laid down still a little unsure and intrigued and as soon as she started I found the sounds so calming, as the treatment progressed I felt so relaxed like I was floating, the sounds and vibrations literally taking over me. Then came the tears and emotions it was like it was all escaping and I just did not want to end. I have since been telling everyone how amazing it is. Wow !! I can not recommend Linzi enough I suffer chronic pain with my arthritis I am on a lot of medication and that dulls the pain but does not give me the degree of comfort to lead a fulfilling life I had heard of reflexology but never tried it I am so glad I did from start to finish it was amazing I was really worried about how Linzi would keep her room sanitised but I needed of worried as soon as I was greeted I was shown all the new things that had been put in place and I was given sanitiser to use immediately I then knew I had nothing to worry about it was 100% covid compliant after my treatment Linzi asked if I had heard of the singing bowls I hadn’t so she told me if I minded her showing me She places the bowl on my hip and honestly it seemed to give me relief but it wasn’t till I went to bed that night that I actually felt how much it had helped as I’m up several times in the night usually I have waited a few days to write this review incase it was a fluke but really a couple of days in and it has definitely helped I have already booked another session I can’t recommend Linzi enough
