Paulina came into my workplace to give 2 of us a massage. One a practice manager and one a dentist. We were both really happy with our massage and are still reaping the rewards. Paulina is so friendly and knowledgeable and puts you at ease straight away! Thank you Paulina my back is feeling so much better!!!

One of the best massage therapies I have ever had. From the warm welcome I received upon arrival to the feeling of blissful relaxation I experienced post treatment. Paulina put me at ease immediately and listened attentively to the issues I had around tension and back pain. The pressure applied was perfect , the room was warm, inviting and soothing. She selected a special blend of oils that transported me away, calmed my mind and encouraged a deep sense of relaxation, whilst working to ensure that no ache or knot was left untouched. I felt lighter and like I was floating on air by the time I left. That evening I had the best sleep I've had in a very long time and woke feeling envigorated ! I would highly recommend the Mind Body Network and their incredibly person centred holistic approach. Can't wait to return!
