Very friendly and accommodating service in a relaxing space. I had a wonderful Thai massage by Mon. She clearly had a lot of experience and was able to provide the massage to meet my needs. She was very thorough and checked in on areas that I mentioned h were sore. Also, my train was delayed and the service managed to get me in later in the day so I did not miss out. Very pleased and will be back again!

Second time to have massage in this place and they never fail. They know the pressure points and really helps with body pains. I told Mon about my neck pain and she just knows what to do with it. Worth every penny. Always feel good after the massage. They are lovely and welcoming as well. Ill definitely be coming back.

This was my first ever ‘four hands’ massage and it will definitely not be my last! The two ladies were fantastic, clearly very experienced and worked in a synchronised way that produced a wonderful flowing massage. I left thoroughly relaxed with my aches and pains (sore back and legs through a lot of cycling and gym work) greatly reduced. Cannot recommend more highly! 10/10

Very nice experience for my first Thai massage. The girls were so kind (eventhough I was a bit late), and the massage was so complete and relaxing. I had a wonderful massage with a therapist named Noi and she was absolutely fantastic. She asked me every step of the way whether her pressure was good (it was perfect every time) and she got rid of the aches and pain I was feeling, particularly in my upper back. As someone who gets fairly regular massages, this was the best massage I've had in years, if not my life. This was my first time at Body & Mind, but it certainly won't be my last!

What a great experience this was . My partner and me had the couples massage , the only downside was the hour seemed to fly by , the staff here are very friendly and professional and give a great service . I would definitely reccomend body and mind to anyone , and we will be back again .

Me and My Girlfriend opted for the couples massage at Body & Mind. Was easy to find and were kindly greeted when we entered. Receptionist's were very nice and got us seated immediately. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful both in the waiting room and treatment room. Within minutes we were both recieving our massage where we were asked if we wanted them to focus on any areas and any special requests we had. My girlfriend is especially sensitive and the lady catered to her needs being very gentle which was great! We both left feeling very rejuvenated. 5/5 Stars 🌟 amazing value for money too 🙂

I booked a couples massage for my sister and I as a treat. Was welcomed by friendly staff. The bed was warmed which was a lovely touch. Also used warm towels at the end which was nice. Had a traditional Thai massage, but if you want it lighter or want them to focus on a particular area they are more than happy to do so. Used a combination of tiger balm and oil - both were nice. Again such lovely staff, very polite and welcoming. Would definately go back.

I had a wonderful pregnancy massage with a lovely lady called Ice. I was 38 weeks pregnant and it was just so incredible, she really worked out the aches and pains I’d been feeling. I opted for a heavier hand as I felt it was exactly what I needed (and it was) but Ice asked me every step of the way if I was comfortable and if the pressure was correct for me. I came away from the massage feeling amazing was the perfect mix of relaxing and relieving. Can’t recommend enough was worth every penny!

This place is amazing. My girlfriend and I signed up for the same couple's massage, but based on our answers to their questions, our bodies and responses in the room we each got very different types of massage that was the perfect massage for each of us. Additionally, the whole staff was very sweet. For the entrance Look for a sign for the place above a doorway, the entrance is small because the place is upstairs.

I had a beautiful Thai combined massage by Noi, this was deep tissue and hot stone and I was so relaxed and comfortable as I am every time I come here. I can’t recommend this place enough :)

I went very recently and the staff are wonderful. They are VERY careful to make sure the area is clean, customers are wearing masks on arrival or when they are face up. They check the temperature and everything. Very careful and very appreciated. Also, the area that I had my massage was very relaxing and the ladies there did a fantastic job, I felt amazing when I came out. Thank you again!

My mum visited from abroad and we decided last minute to get a massage from here. Great choice! Super relaxing place with dimmed lights and nice music. We were offered tea and water before our experience. I was especially happy with my masseuse who succeeded in getting rid of a couple knots in my shoulders. My girlfriend bought us an hour session for my birthday, and by god I didn't know how much I needed this. Felt feather-light afterwards. All my muscles were relaxed, which helped me get through some 12 hour shifts at work. The ambience felt authentically Asian. The room smelled of essential oils. Both of the masseuses were attentive and adjusted the pressure accordingly on sensitive muscles. All in all, 10/10. We'll both be returning soon!

Just had my first ever massage here. Amazing. After years of suffering from neck and back pain I followed my friends advice to seek a massage. At first I was hesitant but after an hour here. I just could not beleive how different I felt when I walked out. I can breath better I dont have that ache in my back anymore when I turn. A very welcoming feel and the staff are so good. A poem for you :-) x Face down on the bed, The therapist clearly listened to what I had said, Starting with my sore feet, I am composed and covered by a sheet, Working up towards my back, Suddenly a release of a great CRACK, Tiger balm applied on me, A click of the finger And a bend of the knee, My body was tense but not anymore, Such a lovely treat from the moment I walked through the door!

Lovely massage. Very cheap compared to London. I was on a 2 day visit to Newcastle. I would have gone back next day for foot massage if my plane didn’t leave so early! Thanks again. Really enjoyed it. One thing it would be nice to have oil massaged in the hands and feet. I know some people don’t like that hence the dry massage with towel. But I like oil!
