I am a personal trainer so use my body a lot for work. I arrived in a lot of pain in my lower back something I have had for 5 months now which just keeps getting worse. Gade gave my body a full MOT focusing on areas of pain more and my body responded so well. It genuinely was the best massage/treatment i have ever had and I have had a lot. I went home to sleep rest and recover and woke up with far less pain and days later I didn’t have any. I cant wait to have these treatments regularly and have recommended my clients as she is so knowledgeable, shares additional health tips and is such a lovely and caring person.

She knows where any issues are from touch and provides the right amount of pressure to sort out any muscle tightness and knots. I have used various massage therapists over the years and Gade is definitely the best. Gade also does assisted stretching at the end of the massage which adds to the benefits of the massage. I suffered with sciatica and was barely able to move & in a lot of pain. NHS kept prescribing pain killers & recommended physiotherapy but it wasn’t working for me.
