I’ve had two treatments now to help free up my shoulder and neck and although the treatment can be tough it’s worth putting up with the pain and discomfort.
Gary is a miracle worker, my shoulder and neck are now fully mobile and pain free!
I will definitely continue to have monthly treatments to keep myself moving and without pain!

A. G.I recently visited Gary at Massage Solutions with an on going pain in my shoulder joint. Gary quickly worked out where the problem was coming from and took to work on the area. Over 3 half an hour sessions he managed to initially relieve the pain and relax my shoulder in order to help me sleep and move my shoulder better. He explained that he can help the injury recover and provided me with stretching advice and simple exercises between sessions to help the recovery. After the final session and within 7 days I pretty much back to 100% and will continue to take Gary's advice to complete my recovery. GOOD ADVICE, GOOD TREATMENT & GOOD VALUE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
