Beyond 5 stars!. Easy to book, clean, professional, good attention, effective. Beautiful details on offering you water. Also in the bathroom you can dry your hands with a nice clean individual towel. Another friend came to have a session and his massage was really good as well. My masseuse was Rain but I am pretty sure the rest of them are good as well. Thank you for sorting my sore body out! Great experience. I had a deep tissue massage by Kim, who is very attentive and thorough. I felt relaxed right after the massage and even better after the soreness disappeared two days later. The massage left me well stretched and relaxed so I recommend it to whoever is feeling sore due to stress. Before and after the service I texted them for information on Google Chat box and they replied soon and helpfully. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is calming. The prices are very good too. Will go back again. Highly recommended.

Amazing service! I hadn’t had a massage in a long time. I work long, stressful hours and Kate did an amazing job at resetting my body with Thai massage. Amazing!!! I arrived 15 mins early and was allowed to wait inside in the warmth even though they weren’t open yet. I also added on last minute beauty treatments to my appointment and they were so nice about it! No fuss or hassle they were very accommodating. I booked in for a full leg, underarm and Hollywood wax. The wax was amazing, I felt very looked after. It was professional and very hygienic, I felt very safe. I also booked in for a a massage and facial afterwards to relax after the wax and they were lovely. They asked me to specify the pressure which I really appreciated and it was absolutely flawless. AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY! The whole experience was great, would definitely recommend and would definitely go back!

I've had lots of sports massages but this was genuinely the best ever. No.1 was recommended by a friend and as I was in the area, booked last minute. They kindly fit me in for 90mins at short notice. Prepare for the pain (as is usual with deep tissue), but it was necessary for unblocking my back issues. I forgot to ask my therapist's name, but she was amazing and intuitive and the Thai style is a very healing experience. As a yogi, I thought I was already supple, but I emerged with loads more mobility all over! Will 100% go again.

Nice venue, easy to find, great staff. I was massaged for 60 minutes by Primrose. Call her 'Boss' or she will hurt you more! I been to a lot of massage shop which is awful service, this massage shop was great & meet my requirement. The place was clean, comfortable, lovely, everything was just awesome. £40 for 60 minutes massage which is good price. Forget to mention my favourite masseur name Joy, she is great & lovely lady, very good massage and muscle knots make me pain too hahahaha, always lovely night to sleep after massage tho. At a small alley lies a shocking pink shop that is impossible to miss with its bright interior. As someone that enjoys massages from different styles and culture, I can assure you that their masseurs are as authentic as their styles. I spent an hour there and the atmosphere was comfortable. My masseur, Kate, was very friendly and we had a little bit of ice breaker conversations which helped lighten the atmosphere and makes it highly enjoyable. What was great was that Kate could identify my muscle knots and aching areas while diagnosing pretty closely what were the reasons behind my soreness. It takes a talent and lots of practise to achieve that! I would definitely recommend anyone for their massage services. Definitely worth the money!

Good combination of Thai massage that’s helps loosing the tense muscles. Was painful on the muscle at the beginning as the massager need to release the tension of the muscles and I choose medium strength. The back and legs felt more relaxed afterward.

In my busy life deeply rooted tension causes an aching pain to occur in my neck and shoulders. This condition is the result of a car accident I had many years ago. I also have an associated pain in my left hip and leg. Stress and weather conditions can aggravate the condition and for many years I looked for some kind of relief from the suffering. So... I’ve been going to physio and hospitals getting steroid injections and saline injections for years now; all to get rid of a frozen shoulder, which causes considerable pain (shoulder and arm). So I’m walking past No 1 and decide to take a chance on a deep tissue massage from the petite but strong as an ox Katy, at this little gem of a place in Newcastle. I leave the place like I’m floating on air and able to put my arm straight up in the air and touch my shoulder blades ( never been possible to do this for years) the massage is a little painful mind, but “mai jip, mai hai”. Thai for “no pain no gain”. I was squealing like a pig, but this is worth every penny and more. Now a mandatory weekly visit. No1 should be a compulsory feature of the NHS for anyone with a frozen shoulder. And as for the sciatica....also gone 😀😀😀😀🌟❤️🇾🇪
