I’ve been doing Vicky’s Zoom Pilates and chilled Pilates classes since lockdown and have loved them. I’m feeling more flexible and fitter. Vicky is friendly and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend her classes and I just wish I was nearer Newcastle so I could try all her other treatments. Maybe a girls’ weekend to Newcastle when travel is easier!! 😁😁

I have really enjoyed Vicky's virtual pilates classes! They have enabled me to improve my fitness and be consistent with exercise for the first time in ages. I hope to be able to try some of her other therapies in person in Newcastle. Would highly recommend!

Had a full body deep tissue massage with Vicky. And man was it good! She gives you the choice of how 'hard' you want her to go, and she works on you till every knot has been teased out. Keeps you totally entertained during the process with her funny tales. Felt soooo much better following my session. Thanks Vicky!!💯💯

Could not reccomend Vicky enough, incredibly knowledgeable and extensive knowledge regarding so many aspects of training/recovery and movement. Whether it's a niggle or priming for a training session, I would not go anywhere else for treatment.
