Hands down, Amy is the best massage therapist I have visited, and the reason why I travel a fair distance to receive treatments from her. Amy is a truly holistic practitioner: she takes the time to engage with you at the start, so that the essential oils and her approach/touch are matched to your needs on that day - yes, your individual needs! Amy works authentically, with skill, a deep knowledge base, curiosity, compassion and with a big heart. This is why I return, year after year. I have been attending Amy for massages for several years. I first started attending her for massages following a back injury. Amy took the time to listen to my specific needs and adjusted the session to ensure these were addressed. I trust Amy's skill and experience and have continued attending for a range of needs including for sports, relaxation and pregnancy massage. Amy always takes the time at the start of the massage to talk through what I want from the session and adjusts the massage accordingly, including personalising the selection of essential oils and I always leave feeling so much better and refreshed. Incredibly knowledgeable, Amy creates delicious essential oil blends and uses her ‘magic hands’ to apply the same in a way that provides heavenly relaxation and effective, acute treatment for physical and emotional ailments. Suffering from a damaged disc and multiple joint issues Amy tailors each massage to work on the areas that need it the most with great affect.
