Having recently retired as a Chartered Physiotherapist I was keen to find someone who could now look after my muscle and soft tissue aches and pains. I am aware of the importance of finding a massage therapist practitioner who has the appropriate level of professional training and found Jo. I have been so impressed by Jo's holistic approach to clients with her knowledge of yoga and mindfulness as well as her excellent massage skills. A combination of yoga, exercise and Jo's magic massage are keeping me fit and healthy in my new retirement. Thank you Jo!

I found Jo through a mutual friend. I can honestly say I wish I had gone to Jo sooner. I regularly now have a massage from Jo and have even tried the cupping treatment as well. I am a new client to Hillistic and wanted to work on my mobility particularly with my hips after many years of mistreating it with football. In my initial visit I didn’t feel any significant difference (also didn’t expect one). But wanted to continue, and give the sports massage treatments fair opportunity to take effect. After my third treatment in particular I played football 2 hours later, and after turning a few players I genuinely thought that I haven’t moved like that for maybe 15-20 years and it felt amazing. I’m subsequent sessions I have left not also physically better but also mentally better (relaxed/ happier). So i will continue to invest in me and have further sessions. I wish I had done this 10+ years ago. Jo is easy to talk to & makes you feel comfortable, and will also spend time listening to you in a way that shows it isn’t just a job and you’re not just a customer. Would recommend Hillistic and their services Namaste
