I have been having massages for many years and for the last 9 at Quay Street. These are the best! The staff are always friendly, informative and very thorough in discussing your requirements. It’s a safe, welcoming environment where any aches and pains, as well as massage for relaxation, are catered for. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Very professional and friendly staff, Sandy and Rosie tailor a relaxing massage that releases tension which is specific to you. Very professional and the explanation I got about why I was getting pain made so much sense. I now know how to better manage my pain. I liked how we decided to work on one issue at a time and taking time into managing the issue instead of rushing through! Definitely recommend!!
