Roger is very knowledgeable and always gives information with any move , stretch and pressure he is applying.. I was advised on mobility exercises between appointments to help my aid recovery.

He is a wonderful mobile massage therapist, who covers a wide area of South Wales, and is happy to travel to me to provide an excellent service. Always reliable, with an amazing wealth of knowledge of the body and muscles. It always surprises me that the pain I am feeling in one location of my body is actually triggered by something somewhere else. Roger has also applied kinesiology tape to my legs and arm, which was great when I had swelling in my ankles, and in my hand from too much time on my feet, and too much time at a computer. He has lots of advice, and the aftercare continues, with exercises given to help the healing after the massage. Thank you Roger - you put me back together, and keep me in one piece - I would be in pieces without you! Highly recommended!
