My Husband bought a Pamper Me voucher and I indulged with 4.5 hours of bliss. 90 mins in the hot tub and infra-red sauna with a supply of apple juice, water and a selection of fruit, followed by a shower, a lovely hot stone relaxing massage, an amazing facial (and I added a cool-lift skin tightening treatment which was about 5 mins extra time) and by choice a callus peel to remove the horrid dead skin from my feet instead of a manicure. I went home feeling beautifully chilled, pampered and fluffed up. Will do this again anytime I can. The staff were so lovely, friendly polite, courteous and helpful.

Great experience! My therapist was kind, attentive and very talented. I am already looking at booking another appointment to try other treatments!

Booked myself in for a massage a few weeks ago and whilst the massage itself was good, I went in nearly 30mins late after being told on arrival that my therapist would be with me in a few mins, for her to then come out after 10-15mins to say she’s just waiting for the room to become free. 55 minute massage and not so much as a mention of a glass of water or anything afterwards. Despite this, I since booked my partner in for a 25 min back, neck & shoulder massage as a treat, she went in on time and was out 20 minutes later which included getting ready and discussing the massage so couldn’t have had more than 15mins massage maximum. We’re both quite disappointed about that and are left feeling the value for money was poor. No point in raising this directly as all other reviews state they aren’t interested in complaints.

Really like this neatly tucked away spa. Privacy and use of a great jacuzzi, sauna and chill area. We had a couples few hours including body scrub, back massage and facial. Lovely atmosphere and staff.

Visited Fong Spa this morning and was welcomed by the lovely team, asked to sit and wait for my spa representative and masseuse. The place was lovely and tranquil! After a quick tour around the facility, I got to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. The hot tub is a very decent size but even better with just one. The sauna is small and can fit up to two people maximum. Just be aware of the timer in the top right hand corner to know how long you have been in for. I went for the scrub treatment followed by the hot stone massage, I was very impressed and would give Pesefoni 5 star review for her professionalism. She explained each step carefully and checked in to make sure throughout the treatments, as well as given instructions on how to look after oneself after the treatments. A real credit to the team! The only negative I could even this to possibly give this place, is if there could be a hook in the changing room to put the dressing gown on.

Very friendly staff. I felt free. Went with the girlies and it was just us here. It is a small cozy place but nice for a group of 4. Any more than that and it'll feel too crowded. Only criticism, the jacuzzi seem to have some bits inside it like hair so we didn't really stay long inside. Had a hot stone body massage and it was amazing. Felt relaxed. Overall I'll defo recommend

The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and caring. I was so excited about my appointment and they exceeded my expectations. Its very clean and relaxing. I would extremely highly recommend! I will definitely be making this a regular treat. Thank you ladies.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and a great range of treatments. Plenty of parking here too (although car park does have busy times as it is shared with the buffet restaurant) I've had a pedicure and a manicure here, and both were good ... although both occasions of having pedicure I ended up with a smudge and had to pop back for a re-touch, which they were happy to do... 2nd time it was my fault, but the 1st time the polish I chose has nearly run out and was really old and thick. I would give 5 stars, but my main criticism is that when I went in for my 2nd visit I had no less than 5 different beauticians work on me! They were super busy and there was a shift change, but I got pretty fed up telling them what I was doing for my holidays! It also kind of loses the relaxed atmosphere. Still, they were all lovely ladies and very attentive so cant fault that. I will definitely be back and would recommend it as the best place to visit for manicure & pedicure treatments locally. I think I might have a facial next time :)

I noticed this spa have received son bad reviews however my experience was the complete opposite. I got in from work and could have burst into tears with stress (due to car accident this week and one problem after another) I got an appointment within really short notice, the staff were extremely calming, polite, well mannered, professional, friendly and caring! I feel so much better and have already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend them and will be telling all my friends! Thank you ladies I really really needed that! x

Went for a Indian Head Massage with my partner, massage was relaxing and the treatment was thoroughly explained before hand, the girls were professional and obviously knew their job well!. The spa itself is so serene and quiet, the most relaxing atmosphere you would want. Will absolutely be back to try a deep tissue massage and some Golfers Feet pedicures! Highly recommended

My daughter had the hen party package ...it was wonderful. ..amazing Indian head massage by Hannah for me...back massages for the other women and they all said how relaxing and enjoyable it was...very highly recommend and definitely going to book in again for a pamper

It is so difficult to write a review and say things that are new. I challenge anyone to find a better quality massage, in a a better environment, with nicer people.... The relaxing music is set just right. I try to visit once every 6 weeks. I wish it could be more. Every visit is perfect for me. Xhi Xhi....
