D. H.Working from home means sitting in very-stylish-but-not-so-ergonomic chairs for longer than a should, so no surprise that after a few hours I start feeling stiff in my back and shoulders.
When I spoke to Alain about this, he told me that Thai massage works more deeply on muscle tissue than other forms of massage and suggested that I book an appointment with him.
I can honestly say that having had Thai massage at Siam Bodhi was overall a very positive experience for me.
Alain is very knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole process - from the intake, to the warming up and body massage, and the after care. He works in a clean space with all the facilities needed. There is a really nice atmosphere that helped me feel very relaxed.
The massage itself feels a bit like a journey - alternating between deep stretches, pinches and pulls. It felt like Alain was taking care, listening, and observing, so not to go over limits during some of the more challenging techniques and causing pain, which I could appreciate.
I would happily recommend Alain's Thai massage to anyone.
