J. L.Lovely staff. Lovely place. Felt relaxed after we left. Only downfall is the relaxation beds weren't all working properly, it was rather dirty behind them as well. The café is good for drinks but the food really isn't amazing. But there are plenty of things to do. Thank you to the staff for being lovely :)
A. S.Lovely experience. 3rd time I've been here and had treatments and used the spa. The pool area is clean and easy to find, plenty of lockers and changing space. Lovely little cafe downstairs, and the staff are friendly. The Swedish massage and facials are lovely every time. Highly recommend.
A.Spent the day here on a spa package. The massage was wonderful, excellent therapist that knew exactly what she was doing and trained to a high standard. The relaxation room with heated lounger was lovely and set the tone for the spa facilities. Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room very relaxing and finished to a high standard. Food in the cafe was reasonably priced and nice. Overall I would definitely recommend a visit.
r. r.Been here a couple of times before and we were very happy with the facilities. However, this last occasion wasn't as good. The treatment times were changed by staff before we arrived and we weren't told. This ment we didn't spend as much time in the pool and sauna as we would have liked.

Relaxation room is six tiled and heated beds in a very dark room no water available.
I personally didn't find it relaxing, music wasn't calming and people were just sitting around chatting and a couple were bickering before their treatment 🙄 If you want to swim and sauna you need to walk through the canteen and entrance hall to reach the pool. Changing rooms are up a flight of stairs. If you are just after a massage then l would recommend, the therapists are good at what they do but if you are looking for a spa day then l would look elsewhere.

amazing massage and facial. Treatments smelt amazing. Will book again. Had a lovely swim,sauna and jacuzzi followed by lunch. Now feel relaxed and inviragted. Great facilities at Thorpe and staff are fab. Thanks
