I purchased a gift card from Graeme for my partners 40th birthday so he could get a sports massage, he explained how it would all work and got the gift card to me really quickly, all my partner had to do was give Graeme a call and arrange a suitable time which again was really simple.
The massage is 90mins long which includes an assessment, My partner was put at ease and was talked through everything that was happening, Graeme explained all the way through what he was doing and how it helps which for my partner was the perfect sports massage,
He will 100% return and for anyone looking for a different gift for a partner I would highly recommend the gift card option, very simple to buy and to book, high quality sports massage and definitely value for money 👍🏼

Graeme has been a great asset to my triathlon training. Preparing my body for up and coming events throughout the year. His post event massages have soothes my muscles and repaired niggles ready for me to continue forward with my training. I would highly recommend his service.

Graeme is excellent, the difference his treatment will make to your recovery, comfort during sport and training is immense.
This year I signed up for a charity cycle ride where i would be completing an epic 250 miles in a single day. I started seeing Graeme about two months prior to the event. On my first visit, Graeme went through a thorough assessment to discover any issues I was having, where my imbalances were and establish what I needed from the treatment.
Before i started having massages with Graeme, I found I would get pain in my lower back and discomfort in my hamstrings on a ride. When I had my first massages with Graeme, i noticed that he came across strains in my legs. As the weeks went on, i found that there were less of these. I was having a massage every week, after a few massages I started to notice a massive difference in my ability to recover from rides. I had a lot less discomfort in my back and hamstrings. After the two months i got to the point where I felt that there was no discomfort in my back or legs anymore during or after a ride. It really did make a big difference.
When i completed the charity ride I had spent 16hrs on a bike!!!Although my legs were tired from fatigue, i had no pains or discomfort and this was the same for my back, i believe this was a result of the treatment. I had a massage from Graeme soon after the ride, I felt that following it I could of easily got back on the bike.
Graeme is very personable and has always messaged me to see how I was the following day after a massage. He would always try his best to accommodate a time that suited me for a massage.
Having had this experience from Graeme, I will be visiting him again in the future. If you are having any niggles or are preparing for an event then I would not hesitate in getting some treatments, it is well worth the money.

Great sports massage. Graeme is always very clear on the treatment he will deliver and takes time to understand any issues and how you feel during and afterwards.
