M. W.Me and my husband Andrew joined Helen's meditation class last year, when the country was in lockdown. We enjoyed learning about different meditation practices. It was also good to be part of a group and to get to know new people as our social life suffered a lot due to pandemic. This group, under Helen's support, offered a rescue from worries and helped with anxiety and stress I dealt with at the time. Helen is a great teacher and her approach is friendly and non judgemental. As a person she is lovely, kind and genuine, an absolute gem. ❤
