L. T.Been to see Liam a few times over the last month to help with my preparation for a big ice hockey game I have coming up. I couldn't have asked for anyone better, Liam is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable and it is obvious he gets true enjoyment out of helping people. Each time I've come in with a little ache or pain he has treated it exceptionally well and made me feel like new. Alongside his massage Liam also uses a range of muscle relaxation treatments which have proven fantastic at aiding my recovery. I honestly could not recommend him enough to anyone, no matter what the sport, he will take the time to understand the sport you play and work to treat you individually in the best way possible!

J. F.I’ve been going to see Liam since September last year. I have an ongoing knee injury and it wasn’t getting better on its own. Liam was recommended to me to do something about it and I went along to my first appointment with a pinch of nerves as I’d never been to a sports therapist before and didn’t know what to expect! He put me at ease straight away and we discussed the issues and came up with a treatment plan after I got my MRI done! I’ve been seeing him monthly since and I my injury is now on the mend and he sets me exercises and things to do at home to help my recovery! He also does great sports massage too which as a fitness professional is always needed! If you need a sports therapist or sports masseuse, get in touch with Liam as he can get you back to yourself in no time! Highly recommended!
T.I have issues with my shoulder and back from lifting and bad posture. I'd never had experience of a massage but Liam was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease straight away. He also gave me plenty of 'homework' to do to supplement my treatments and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend Liam to anyone wanting to get on top of any injury or for general pain management.

Liam is very knowledgeable and was able to explain where and why the issue occurred. After a few treatments and some exercises at home assigned to me by Liam, my back issue has been resolved!

He offers a wide variety of treatments. The acupuncture, manipulation and massage have all worked wonders on a chronic shoulder issue I have.
Liam also gave me some great advice on mobility exercises and ways to improve my overall posture and alignment by enhancing my current gym workouts.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect having never received sports massage therapy or acupuncture before, but Liam really put me at ease. C. H.Professional and very efficient. Liam explains what needs treatment and why, and what he is going to do, in layman's terms which is very reassuring because you then understand what's going on. He is very thorough and everytime I have been to him he has resolved the problem and has advised on back-up exercises to compliment the treatment. I have found him very honest and he advises on how many treatments/visits are required and does not con you, like many others in his profession, into having unneccesary visits: I trust him implicitly. He is a man if integrity and I would recommend him, and have done, to anyone.
