I had a pregnancy massage. I was welcomed warmly and swiftly began my treatment. Angelika is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She gave me several advices regarding exercises that I can do at home to ease my muscles pain. My massage was amazing and I felt extremely well after. Angelika is a natural born healer who truly cares about helping people feel good. I highly recommend!

I had my first ever physio session today on my really tight neck and shoulders and I am so glad I went. Angelika was really knowledgeable, kind, professional and friendly and did a great job of working through a lot of the tension that has built up over lockdown and working from home for the last 2 years during lockdown. She not only helped to ease the tightness but has given me some exercises and advice to help prevent it getting so bad in the future. I would absolutely recommend booking an appointment with her.

Through the initial consultation she figured out the cause of the problem, and spent some time working on the problem areas in my upper back. There's been a good reduction in pain, and an increase in my shoulder mobility after just the first session. I'm very happy with the service and plan to keep visiting frequently to supplement my sports hobbies and prevent future injuries - the fact that it feels great is a nice bonus too!

Wow!......Amazing!.......I cant thank Maria enough, I've been in constant pain from a frozen shoulder for at least 4 months. I've had an operation to release the capsule and to get more movement back in my arm but the pain was so severe, it was really getting me down. I've tried every kind of pain killer even morphine! Yet just a One hour massage session with Maria and my shoulder and back muscles are much more relaxed and feel freer, the pain has decreased significantly and I have more range of movement in my arm. I cant quite believe that I have hardly any pain! I'm so happy and my body feel much more relaxed. I'm going back on Friday for another session and I cant wait. Maria is a lovely lady and she really knows what she is doing. She takes her time with you and you are left feeling that she really cares about you and your recovery.
