Zoe is absolutely fantastic! We started visiting over a year ago now and wouldn’t look back! Visit once a month and helped my shoulder injury and keeps me moving! Very knowledgeable and professional!! Recommend ZEM Sports Massage so much well worth a visit.

As a sufferer of severe anxiety I Was quite nervous about going as I have been suffering with a lot of pain in my shoulders/neck causing me headaches and effecting nerves in my arm. Zoe was really friendly and professional instantly making me feel at ease. It was interesting finding out the root causes. Zoe is extremely knowledgeable and although it was extremely painful at times which you expect it also felt amazing and could already start to feel the difference. There is a way to go but I'm confident in her expertise and I'm already looking forward to my next one in a couple of weeks. After having my first one I realise my body needs this, I will certainly be visiting Zoe for regular appointments as I believe it will not also help with my muscles in my back, shoulders and neck but will also help me mentally aswell with my anxiety and sleep.
