E. H.I was experiencing reduced movement and pain in my neck following a shoulder injury. Roz performed what I can only describe as magic. She was very careful not to aggravate the existing injury and I was immediately able to look over each shoulder, pain-free. It was simple to book an appointment and she is friendly and easy to talk to.
K. B.Roz was great. She’s really personable and clearly very committed to making sure you’re getting all you can out of your sports massage. I really appreciate how she understood things that are particular to women, and how they can affect you and your body, such as breastfeeding and co-sleeping with a baby. I haven’t met someone before in her profession who was so empathetic and really seemed to understand this. Obviously her expertise extends far beyond this, but I’d particularly recommend her to all my fellow new-ish mums!
G. W.I would very much reccomend Future Body Therapy. I booked for my sprained ankle originally but Roz helped me understand a lot more of what was going on with my whole body. I have had back issues for a long time and Roz was incredibly good at looking at those as well. She made me very relaxed and comfortable and I can honestly say, after 3months struggling with my ankle, one physio session helped a huge amount! I have continued with the exercises she gave me to do and my ankle healed in about 2 weeks. So grateful to have strength in my ankle again! Will definitely be back again!

We talked through medical issues and what I wanted to get out of it which was reassuring. The massage itself was very relaxing, I felt supple and serene afterwards so I think she did a great job.
