First class treatment! I was suffering from lower back pain for a few weeks. After seeing Adele once, the pain m eased and continued to improve after further sessions Adele has a professional and knowledgable approach. She is committed to helping you. She goes the extra mile by provided exercises to help strengthen the weaker muscles between sessions All COVID guidelines were followed and Adele made me feel at ease thorough the sessions. I had been suffering from RSI in my forearms and wrists for over a year. Despite going private and receiving physio and doing many stretches it was still an underlying and persistent niggle that would flare up. I can not recommend Optimum Body highly enough. I was very nervous about going having a bad pain in my lower shoulder. Adele made me totally at ease everything was COVID safe. During the treatment she explained each muscle she was working on and how it would help me. She worked on my back and shoulders and I felt so much better after my treatments. Adele is fantastic. I've been having various treatments for stiff shoulder and neck for many years but was looking for a new clinic that had rigorous Covid prevention procedures in place. Adele's clinic is super clean, I feel comfortable while being treated and am reassured that all risks have been minimised. Optimum Body's booking system and payment system is easy to use and makes appointment making a joy. I love the pre-treatment forms, it means I can update Adele on my niggles ahead of the appointment. As a student nurse, entrepreneur, mother, wife and carer to family as well as tackling my own health, my back went into complete spasm which left me with horrific debilitating pain, stopping me from being able to do any normal daily activities. I'd been struggling with lower back pain for a long time, and although exercises from various physios had helped, after one treatment at Adele's clinic I felt so much relief! A second treatment brought the same results, and I couldn't recommend her more. The whole experience was friendly and professional, and any concerns people may have regarding Covid are nullified here, with a very safe approach and all precautions been taken. Adele also offers multiple YouTube videos with exercises to work on any niggling issues whilst at home, which were also very helpful!

I met Adele by chance, and after a very brief conversation about my 'issues' she had sent me a link to her online booking system and I had an appointment for the next day. .the whole booking/payment/pre-appointment process was so simple and easy. Upon arrival she greeted me with a smile and took me through to her treatment room. She completed all of the required covid precautions and then asked about my injury. I had to admire her purpose-built room which is simple, but has everything she needs. It's modern, clean and really well presented. The array of qualifications displayed on the wall are awe-inspiring, and it is very clear she has invested a LOT of time into being the best she can be in her field. Over the following hour she treated me with a variety of techniques; explaining each one as she went through it and always checking to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I left with a marked improvement in my mobility, and taped up with kinesthetic tape, rather than my bulky knee support. I suppose the key detail is, at the stage of seeing Adele I was waiting for a diagnosis from my GP ( a three week wait for a phone appointment). Adele suspected I had torn my Meniscus, but made it clear she couldn't formally diagnose me. However she did write an email to my GP, requesting that they speed up my appointment, advised that I needed an MRI and medically explained her assessment. I have now had my MRI and Adele was correct in her assessment. Surgery next for me, but I will happily return to Adele if and when required. I can't recommend her highly enough. Thoroughly knowledgable, incredibly professional and extremely personable.

I found Adele after looking on Facebook for a sports therapist who could support me during my marathon training. As a plus size athlete, I was incredibly nervous about asking someone to evaluate my body, however Adele from the very first message was incredibly supportive, positive and kind. She quickly identified the source of my ‘niggle’ and gave me exercises to introduce to support me and my running which had an immediately positive impact on the pain I was experiencing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I am a amateur boxer and have had ongoing shoulder problems for years, after seeing Adele i have full motion of my shoulder with NO aches or pains. I am amazed after every session at how 45 minutes can make such a difference. Adele managed to fit me in for an appointment very fast after my back had seized, I had already seen my osteopath which helped, but all my muscles had gone into spasm, I couldn't stand up straight and was having to crawl on the floor to get around. I was stressing as I was booked for work the next couple of days and felt that it was too late to cancel. Adele worked all the muscles in my torso and shoulders and taped my back. She is so passionate about her work and explained everything she was doing as she went along. Immediately after my session the benefits showed. I was already able to stand up straight and could bend slightly to put my boots on. Over the weekend, I gained more flexibility and was able to do 2 full 12 hour days and cope with the long drives. I still had a lot of pain, but the difference was incredible. I wasn't collapsing on the floor every time I coughed. I could turn in bed easier, without wincing and slept really well. I highly recommend Adele, she shows expertise and passion in her field of work and is very professional.
