I've been seeing Nicky for a few months now since a back injury and he has greatly improved my mobility and strength to the extent that I no longer have any serious pain. Nicky is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping people and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I'm not a sporty person, I have an office job, but it doesn't matter - Deep tissue massage and physiotherapy is for anyone who needs it.

Definitely the best I've been to! After suffering with a weak/unstable shoulder & shin splints on and off for years and having tried a few different sports therapist/physios before I came across Nicky. From the start he was very professional and knowledgable - he took the time to get to know my injury/history, training background and talk through exactly where the problem was. Not only does he treat the problem he also sends a personalised program of exercises to help restore/improve the movement. The massage itself always leaves the shoulders/legs feeling renewed but what I really love is the whole package deal to help get you moving better - thank you so much Nicky - finally regaining my shoulder movement and running pain free!

Nicky has been a life saver! I suffer from the usual pains experienced by sitting at a desk most of the time - Nicky has helped me feel more human again! He's clearly knowledgeable, makes me feel comfortable and explains how everything is working - and this is the first time I've felt like I'm getting what I need from a massage. I originally contacted Nick, as I was having some discomfort in my neck and back. My issue wasn't helped by recent home working which wasn't appropriately setup. Nick was able to fit me in at short notice and at a time which suited my working hours. He is a complete professional and made me feel at ease. Through a series of regular visits which included stretches and massages, I'm now no longer suffering. I'll continue with less frequent appointments, but just as maintenance. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone who may be having similar issues.

Nicky is completely professional and his technique, knowledge, and individualised approach have been an integral element of my training regime. I always leave in much better condition than when I arrived, and have also noted associated benefits with my posture and injury prevention. As a triathlete and endurance runner, Nicky has enabled me to understand my 'problem areas' and given me stretches to continue to improve these, as well as my general joint and muscle mobility. This, coupled with a clean and tidy studio (that has parking and is accessible from a nearby bus stop) means that visiting is really easy. Nicky has worked to ensure he is COVID secure and compliant - leaving me feeling safe in the context of the current pandemic.
