I have never had a sports massage before and after today, I don't know why I never have done this before. Jake has really helped me and as well as being very kind and helpful, I've learned a lot from him today too. Now I understand and can pinpoint some of the reasons I've experienced pain and why that is. It certainly has made me reconsider a few things and hopefully will help me build and improve on my swimming technique too as some of the issues have been holding me back. Thank you very much and highly recommend. Supporting a local business too which is an extra tick in the box.

I have been going to Jake for sports massages for almost 2 years now. I have had ongoing problems with running and he has always made it so I am able to continue to do what I love. He always has advice to give and ways to prevent further injury and how to improve from what he has found. Lovely clean and tidy place. Friendly and welcoming.

I have been using All Sports Massage for the best part of 9 months now. Service received has always been top notch, from both Jake & Carla. Always notcied the difference following treatments and as a runner they advice received from Jake has I am 100% reduced the liklihood of injury. Highly recommend for those with niggles, looking to prevent them from occuring in the first place or just wanting a relaxing experience. Has been a very clean and comfortable premises upon every visit.

I've never had a massage for lower back pain before but after grumbling to friends for ages, one of them recommended Jake at All Sports. I had also seen his name mentioned on Facebook groups so obviously liked locally. Although definitely not a sports injury, I feel so much better and well looked after. A very professional business that was calm, friendly and welcoming and right on the doorstep. And also, Jake is such a lovely guy! I'd go back again whether I have a bad back or not.

Had an appointment yesterday.. I came through the door & was greeted by a friendly therapist named Jake, who showed me to the therapy room & answered all my questions. I had an hour session deep tissue massage with Carla. She made sure I felt comfortable from beginning to end. Even adjusting the room temperature to suit my needs. I could hear the knots in my back being worked till they were silent & completely gone. This place offered a great deal! Half price for the first session.. I will definitely be coming back for more!! Thank you for the professional service & happy, healthy body! I woke up feeling amazing!

I have been seeing Carla since the start of 2019 on a regular basis, obviously interrupted by lockdown. I have found both her and Jake to be more than professional. If it wasn’t for them I would be in constant pain and have zero movement. Having seen osteopaths and masseurs for all my working life I can honestly say hand on heart they are probably the best in their field I have seen. I can not recommend them enough.

Went for a general maintenance sports massage as a runner. I didn't realise how tight I was in certain areas until Jake found them. Left feeling like I had a lot more mobility and just felt alot better. Throughly recommend.

I cannot recommend All Sports Highly enough. Jake is nothing short of a magician and always sorts out any issues I have with my back. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a sports massage.
