Completed a visual assessment before starting and then discovered the source of my back pain was actually higher up and not completely in my lower back. Felt sore for a day or so but also great. Sleeping better already, not stiff in the morning. Posture has improved. Booked an hour session, but Stuart advised 30 minutes would be better as a first session. Will definitely be going back.

I first met Stuart when we worked together rehearsing in Miami, Florida and then traveling the States. I have always suffered with back pain since a young age and discovered arthritis throughout my spine. I received a massage from Stuart to ease my muscle tension. I’ve been coming to Stuart for a few months now, with an old shoulder injury. I must say, I was a little anxious about having a sport massage, but after speaking with Stuart about my injury and the discomfort I was suffering, I felt relieved. During my first session, Stuart explained and reassured me in every way. He made me feel very at ease from the minute I got there, and has worked wonders with my shoulder. I now suffer very minimal pain and feel like a new woman! Stuart is amazing!! He is a true professional, with a lot of experience. I highly recommend him. I have been suffering with a bad back for years, after reading some good reviews about Stuart I decided to try him out! I hah an hour deep massage, I felt so much better, he had manipulated my back in a way that no other had! It was such a relief, the tension and pain was relieved! Stuart really helped with my sciatica and lower back pain. I had tried many different therapists but none had any affect. He stretched, and adjusted my back and gave a thorough deep tissue massage. So professional and such a lovely guy. I now am a regular client. Highly recommend

Stuart is awesome. I had alot of tightness due to being of my feet all day for my job and my lower back gets alot of tension quite easily. So it is always a relief when I go to visit. Ive a had a few massages from Stuart now and would recommend to all!. Myy neck and shoulders are always tight and he was able to release a lot of this tension effectively, He did some adjustments for my back and my toes, along with some stretches that released so much more tension than I was expecting, So specific and thorough Thank you Stuart!

He was super professional and has a lovely welcoming massage room. The massage was exactly what my body needed, deep, intensely therapeutic but always working within my limits. Brilliant massage! Very professional and thorough. Loved the adjustments and neck and back cracking. Been visiting him a while and he has quite literally cured me of the pain and discomfort I used to carry with me.
