I have had two appointments with Helen and I can highly recommend her. The treatment room provided a warm, clean and relaxing environment. Helen took the time to listen to my issues and tailored my treatment accordingly. After more than two years of shoulder pain I felt a great improvement after the first appointment. Helen identified the areas that needed to be worked on and gave me a thorough, yet relaxing massage. I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

Posture improved, masked and unrecognised physical pain from muscle fatigue and tensions resolved and increased awareness of the need to nurture my body, to keep it moving. Sleeping deeper. More relaxed in self. Feel happier. Self care is worth investing in. The massage lasts long after the session. When I spoke with Helen initially I wanted to remember what it is like to have more relaxed muscles and to begin to feel more sprightly in later middle age. Thank you Helen - I feel younger and fitter than I have done in ages! I'm enjoying exercise more and remembering to do it! See you again soon! What a find! I have been looking for somewhere more local for a really good massage & Helen fits the bill perfectly. It is very easy to book, communication is great, and the client questionnaire completed on line, is a breeze. Helen has a little studio in her garden which is perfect & very professionally set up. As for the massage itself, absolute heavenly - the right balance of relaxation with really good technique to offer relief to my aching & strained muscles. Can’t wait to book again, thankyou Helen!

I went to see Helen so as to seek the benefit of Reiki being a holistic therapy that had been recommended to me to aid relaxation and release of negative feelings. To cut a long story short, I arrived late for my session and, as such, arrived feeling flustered, stressed and upset. Helen was wonderful in helping me to calm down and focus on the purpose of our meeting - which was to relax and unwind. Helen was very kind and reassuring and did not judge or comment in any negative way whatsoever, even though I was worried that my late arrival would have inconvenienced her and affected her later appointments. Needless to say, I left our session feeling 200% better than I did when I arrived! The Olive Branch is tucked away in its own little safe haven and when you enter the clinic, to receive a warm welcome from Helen, the chaos of the outside world ceases to exist - you immediately feel that you are entering a refuge in which the only thing that matters is YOU...! The atmosphere of The Olive Branch is calming and serene and provides the perfect setting in which to feel calm and free. I have booked to see Helen again for a session of Aromatherapy and am really looking forward to a further opportunity to escape the grips of reality for an hour, the benefit of which is long-lasting... And rest assured I shall not arrive late again...!
