Saad makes you feel at ease straight away. Discusses any issues you may have around the body and literally sorts them out within the hour! Cupping was not painful at all and the stretches he advised have really helped my posture and strains! 5* service from start to finish. I can't recommend Mohammed Saad and Core Holistic health enough. He is an amazing humble, lovely person to get to know, always welcoming and caring. Takes you through each step explaining everything in detail but In simple words. He has made such a difference to my back problems going from daily issues to occasional aches. Anyone who has pain issues, go and see this guy. You won't regret it at all. I will continue my body maintenance on an ongoing basis. Had a great experience. Body so much more relaxed and fresher after the session. 100% would recommend Update: I was treated again at Core Holistic Health for my Plantar Fascitis. The lead therapist, Mr Saad, explained to me in great detail what the cause of my pain was, the treatments he was going to do and how it was going to help relieve the pain. I was highly satisfied with his explanation. The treatment greatly helped me with my foot pain, and I will definitely be returning for more sessions at this clinic.

Fantastic experience. Very friendly service. 100% recommended. I had wanted to try cupping therapy to help with my hormone imbalance and diabetes, so I was really happy this opened nearby. Went for my 1st session in September 2021 and was so apprehensive and nervous as I did not know what to expect. Sister Noreen was so welcoming, friendly and put me at ease. The experience was really great I booked for 6 block monthly hijama session. I have just finished my 6th session, as I had to defer 2 months due to getting covid and pneumonia which left me very ill, ending up being admitted to hospital for 10 days. I was unable to walk when I was discharged and took me a month to walk and leave the house. Once I was fit enough to attend my 2nd to last session, sister Noreen kindly allowed me time to attend and moved/cancelled appointments to give me extra time to walk to my session and give me an extra special treatment, going above and beyond 😊. I was so grateful. The session helped me relax and helped me walk as I saw a major difference after the session. It gave me the energy I needed!. I have seen so much difference in my hormones which seem more regulated, my diabetes was all over the place and have now regulated, I feel more energetic and relaxed as well as having a good night's sleep all thanks to the cupping therapy. I have enjoyed my sessions so much I have booked another block of 6 sessions! I look forward to them every month and could not thank sister Noreen enough.

Amazing experience, he went above and beyond the consulting part was so comprehensive, and when it came to treatment, each and every step was performed with the utmost care, and I felt like my neck movement was significantly improved and my shoulder stiffness was gone after only one session.

I have been going to core holistic health since august 2021. My husband had a few sessions first then I thought I’d give it a go, I have arthritis in my neck. I’d been to doctors, physio and then steroid injections. The injections turned my life upside down. Depression anxiety. I didn’t know a lot about cupping. I had once tried for my neck it but it was only sunna cupping alone thats all. Didn’t make no difference. My husband started with core holistic for his back pains. They don’t only do cupping they also do massages using tools. He was feeling a difference. So I started going too. I went for my arthritis but also because I wanted toxins out of my body due to the steroid injections. I started feeling a difference straightaway. I explained why I have come and a plan was made for me. I had a 6 session course close together and now myself and my husband try to go once a month for maintenance. I stay well in between. My pain is manageable, I don’t have to rely on pain relief or steroid injections. I really regret not finding core holistic health in 2019 when my pain was at its worst and I went for injections. I started off with rameesa, now I see her mother. They are both brilliant. As I said earlier it’s not just cupping it’s a really good massage. I also get a leg massage and foot massage extra. In all this time I have twice got sudden severe pains in my back and neck. I made an appointment and my muscle knots were massaged and removed. I don’t go to doctors now for body pains I always try to get an appointment for a cupping session and it really works too. We do live in Blackburn but it’s not too far for us, me and my husband always book together and core holistic always gets us an appointment together at the same time. I recommend core holistic to everyone who has any sort of pains. I have recommended to many family members.

Best service in Preston, very extensive and thorough and very affordable. This guy will go the extra mile for you and give you a full body MOT service. Doesn't just stick on a few cups and good to go does a better job than a £80+ physio. Highly highly recommend sorted out my back from from car. I was bed ridden and now I'm full back active after a few sessions.

Excellent Service!! I had been suffering from trapezius muscle pain for two months, consulted my doctor, and was taking the prescribed medication, but there was no improvement. The doctor recommended that I get my cupping therapy done, hence I landed up in core holistic. Core holistic staff has done wonders in just two sessions. They not only do the cupping but also massage you, which helps to open up the muscle knots. In addition, you will receive a complimentary head/leg massage!! Overall, my experience with them has been fantastic, and I highly recommend Core Holistic for all of your physical issues. And I advice that you finish your treatment there for the best results; please go to the number of sessions as and when they call you.

I went for treatment due to a bad back injury which flared an old injury up, I was in agony. I had a physio session somewhere else which was useless as they did nothing and took my money. Only went here by chance as my wife went for a cupping session, probably the best decision I made, had 3 sessions of graston and cupping therapy, was apprehensive at first but 3 weeks after the 3rd session was feeling alot more limber, as in the past the injury constantly flares up. I will continue to use this place every other month as it healthy too, but you do get looked after well. They don't push you to continue either like other places which let's be honest, are more interested in your money then your health...... 100% anyone with muscle problems, go to this place, you won't be disappointed.

I have been wanting to try hijama (wet cupping) for the longest time but have been a little nervous, I was recommended by a friend so i got the body rejoice treatment which is for body detoxification. Rameesa my therapist was amazing! she was very welcoming, professional and kind and put me right at ease, she talked me through the process as I was receiving the treatment. I starting feeling the effects of the detox working by the time I arrived home. I'm really looking forward to making this a regular therapy in my life. Thank you massively cup cure, i had a great time with you in the clinic and i'm so relieved, i'v been suffering with leg pain for months now from my long working hours constantly on my feet, i had no idea how tense my calfs had become. I couldn't go more than a 30 minutes walk without being in pain for 2 days after! I was originally very nervous about treatment , i didnt know what to expect but i felt very welcomed, everything was so professional, the gentleman carrying out my treatment kept checking on me and talking me through the process, even had a laugh, my favourite part was the massage gun. I have tried various treatments in the past for my shoulder issues, but honestly the only thing that has made a real difference has been coming to Core Holistic and getting regular cupping / Graston techniques done. They really know what they are doing and you will be well looked after!
