I had really bad neck pain. I couldn't move my neck fully to the left and right, and was quite stiff. I booked in 2 sessions and I've never had any neck issues since. I recently injured my back too. So booked in a session recently. My back already is so much less painful and I can move a lot more then I could prior to my session. My back pain was really bad. Definitely recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Maria

I went to see Krystian as I was suffering from severe headaches, neck pain and stiff shoulders. After the first session I felt a real improvement with movement. My muscles were extremely tense and knotted. It took four treatments to loosen all the knots. Kristian is extremely professional and very knowledgeable about his subject. He is very good at offering advice and suggesting exercises to help with posture and body maintenance. The room is relaxing and has a nice atmosphere. I would highly recommend. Unfortunately, I am still suffering with the headaches but my neck and shoulders feel so much better.

I suffer from chronic back pain and huge tension in my neck and shoulders that causes migraines and dizziness. I've had a few sessions with Krystian, including deep tissue massage followed by IASTM (gua sha) treatment. Straight after the first session I could feel pain relief and a big difference in my range of movement - it feels now like I have more space in my body. Krystian is a great massage therapist - always welcoming, happy to give advice and recommend helpful exercises. Masahe is based in a good location with a large parking space. Studio is always very clean with relaxing music. Highly recommended! 🙌

I’ve suffered from tension pain in my shoulders for years now. It’s so bad that I can’t sleep. I’ve tried everything possible but nothing would relieve it. I went to see Krystian last Saturday and bye Monday night I was lying down at night and having my first full night’s sleep in about 20 years. I’ve been back today and had the blading done, because my muscles were like rocks. Wow! It was like I could feel the deep pain being pulled out of my shoulder. It’s so good, I’m going back next week to have my other shoulder done. My treatment is then finished, but I would love to go once a month for a massage, because I feel amazing and Krystian is a lovely friendly man and it’s a very relaxing place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💯 👌

I recommend with all my heart! Professional services. I had problem with my shoulder and Krystian explained me which type of massage will be the best for my issue. Great experience. I went because of my back was stiff and was making me a lot of troubles when playing guitar. I was hoping to recover a bit and get to some shape I had in the past. It helped not only for my guitar playing but resolved lower back pain too and made me more flexible overall. Have had my third session today. Having injured my back in am accident 6 years ago I have struggled since with a recurring trapped nerve that plagues me throughout the year. Kristian has been the only practitioner out of the many I have seen that has discovered the route cause of the problem and treated it successfully. As an ageing ex-professional sportsman I have found that in recent years I have developed restrictions in the mobility of my back, shoulders and chest. I have now had 4 treatment sessions at Masahe and the improvement and difference in my muscles flexibility and strength is amazing. But the physical relief isn’t all you get.... I have also been given great advice and guidance on stretching, core stability strength and breathing techniques to improve my sporting performance. Whoever said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks obviously never visited Masahe. Can’t recommend Masahe enough.

Kristian has really helped with my neck back and shoulders. Have visited a few times now and will be back as the knots in the back are tough and he has really helped me with my posture and techniques to support with aftercare too.

First of all let me say that I LOVE our NHS. But, after being in so much pain I couldn’t walk or work properly, and waiting nearly a year for various NHS appointments, I decided to try everything I could to fix the problems myself. MASAHE was recommended to me so I went along to see Krystian. I’ve seen lots of physiotherapists/sports massage/chiropractors over the years all with limited or no long term success. The first appointment Krystian diagnosed all my problems and started to work on the issues that had been plaguing me for years. He used massage, cupping and IASTM techniques. I can honestly say that even after the first session he managed to alleviate nearly all the back pain I’d been suffering for about a year. I’ve been to see him quite a few times since and I’m a big believer that investing in your own health is money very well spent. Don’t hesitate to go to MASHAE for treatment, it could change your health in a huge way!

This guy is the best at what he does Bar - none. He does everything from traditional massages to fixing body parts. I had a left rotator cuff injury, was in pain for couple weeks. After getting a mini treatment at a local health and wellness festival, I booked a full session with Krystian. The setting Krystian has created is very unique. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Having experienced tension and muscular pain in my shoulders for some time the massage was very thorough and professional. I experienced some release from the intensity of the muscular pain after the first session and a follow up session has taken away the pain altogether. Would highly recommend Krystian.

Krystian is the best masseuse. The deep tissue massage and the scraping massage are a must to relax those tense muscles. It will hurt at first but you will notice a big difference, no more sore, achy back and neck. I truly recommend his services.

Krystain is a fantastic therapist! I can not recommended Krystain highly enough. He has such in-depth knowledge of physiology and anatomy and works above and beyond to ensure that I can keep moving, I have a very physical job as a chiropractor and Krystian helps me work to my best. I always reccomend him to my patients if they require soft tissue work. If you are not working at 100% I'd advise you to make a booking and see how it can change your life.
