Being an ultra marathon runner and having no injuries, I was reserved about having a sports massage. I was recommended by a colleague to give it a go and quickly learnt the benefits of such treatment. Very professional and knowledgeable. Gave advice where I can help myself and I will definitely be using the services of RJM Therapy again
