I went for a 90 minute, full body massage and it was heaven. There is the option to include a head massage, which I did, and if you're not fussy about having oily hair then it's unmissable. The masseuse checked in on specific points or pressures that I was comfortable with, and was very thorough with knots/problem areas. I have previously been offered the use of the shower after but assume due to COVID these are not an option currently. Price is very reasonable for the time and quality of the massage, and I will be back for another soon.

Phenomenal experience. I have had both Reiki and a back massage by Dorine who was able to fix my back problems immediately. I can’t recommend Dorine enough for her work and her experience and wisdom!

Don't let the slightly dated (& odd smelling) reception put you off, once you get past this you can expect a high quality massage. Was treated by Karolina for a back massage and was a throughly relaxing experience with the perfect pressure. The service offered good value for money vs other local salons.

Extremely relaxing I recommend the service a 100%. The therapist Dorine is well trained. I had 60 min whole body massage. She applied optimum pressure wherever necessary. The reception team was very professional and friendly. They helped me with the booking. When I was there they made me feel welcomed.

Loved my massage at Ayurverda Retreat. I have had massages from 3 different therapists and loved them all. You will get very oily but will be blissed out! Shame you have to exit in to the chaos of Friar Street!

Having spent many weeks Googling "Reading Massage" & getting results with a happy ending, my partner found this professional establishment in the centre of Reading. Been around for 5 years & having been booked in for a full body massage I have to say Karolina exceeded all my expectations. Felt more relaxed than a Welsh rugby fan not having to watch their team in a Rugby World Cup Final.
