M. T.I have just finished my 3rd and last session with jan, I have been having zoom sessions as my neck and shoulder was really stiff which had brought on tension headaches. we went through different stretching exercises which were shown and explained very well by Jan and very easy to do by myself. Jan also did some meditation which really helped me to relax and unwind and a lovely little poem read by Jan at the end of each session. I would definitely recommend Jan she has a lovely nature about her which allows you to feel comfortable with your session.

C. W.Today I had a virtual workshop with Jan. It was lovely, it included meditation to start and finish the session which is very relaxing. Jan also gave me self massage techniques and stretches to help relieve the stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. Would highly recommend thank you Jan
l. t.I took part in a virtual session with Jan. For something which people aren’t used to, Jan made me feel at ease. Her sessions are great, then made me relaxed and very zen 🧘♀️.....I didn’t realise my neck and shoulders were so tight either!

I went to Jan as I had extremely bad headaches after I had a bicycle accident and was knocked unconscious. Since having massages with Jan my headaches have really improved. L. S.Absolutely fantastic can't recommend enough Janice made me feel so relaxed wearing full PPE making me feel safe but still making it the perfect experience and atmosphere. My back feels amazing I loved it so much I will be going back in a few weeks time and recommending to all my friends and family.
