Sean is absolutely superb, goes above and beyond every visit. Explains exactly what he’s doing and looking to do based on the client’s issues and I leave feeling in pretty good shape after each session. Sessions are fairly spaced out due to the excellent work Sean undertakes. Top service, top man.

After such a variety of experiences I’m normally quite skeptical about sports massages but I decided to give Sean a go and I can say without doubt, it was one of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had. From the get go, Sean was so bubbly and easy to talk to, and made me feel very listened to with my problems, not dismissive in any way. Sean’s actual massage skills and knowledge were top class. Unlike many other masseuse or physios, Sean made an effort to understand me as an individual and not try and compare me to a text book case. He looked into the root problems that were causing my pain symptoms as apposed to surface level treatment, which is so rare to find in a masseuse. Sean was not trying to set me up for multiple appointments like many masseuses do just for money, instead, he worked very methodically to solve my issue on the day so I wouldn’t have to come back with that problem again. Overall, Sean is a great guy and I had such a good experience, not only excellent service but great conversation and a worth while experience. Thank you Sean!

Sean is exceptionally skilled! He knows the human body like the back of his hand and finds those problematic areas instantaneously. He is one of those therapist who are truly passionate at his work and a true rare find in the field. Apart from that he is also a great person and he makes you feel very comfortable whilst sorting your problems. I can wholeheartedly recommend Sean since you will look very far to find better. He is as good as it gets! I’ve had hundreds of massages in my life and can tell when the therapist is gifted. Book him if you get an open slot in his calendar :-)

Sean saw me at very short notice after a sudden major discomfort in my neck/shoulder. He was amazing and after a lot of hard work from him, made the issue so much better! Great service! Sean is incredibly knowledgeable and keen to help you understand the root courses for pain and discomfort. First session and already feeling better with more mobility. Went well over the time I paid for and left with a plan for pre training stretches etc. Cant wait for the next session.
