The loveliest thing about Tracy is she really cares and wants to fix you. Her massages are great and she is a brilliant yoga teacher too. Her recommendation led me to contact a local physio/chiropractor who have been brilliant in getting to the root of a neck/shoulder issue. Thank you!

Tracy’s massages have really helped relieve the tension I have been building up in my neck and shoulders in these last few years. She’s also given me some really great advice to help me sort out my bad posture both at work and at home. The exercises she suggested I should do to help with my shoulder muscles, as well as her Yoga lessons, have also provided a significant improvement to my neck and shoulder tension issues. I would definitely recommend both her massages and her Yoga lessons!
