I first came to bodytech at the start of 2021 with back issues, Tracey sorted that very quickly which has allowed me to return to playing golf and most importantly driving my car! I’ve since returned with knee issues also which again Tracey magically solved with one session. I couldn’t recommend bodytexh highly enough. My own family have since attended sessions with Tracey and she has had the same results with them. Friendly and very professional. All round fantastic at what she does.

Went to Tracey for some treatment on my Hamstring injury & what an amazing job she did. Very quickly Tracey figured out what was causing my pain and because of her treatment/advice the injury was gone in just two sessions. Absolutely brilliant and when I have any injuries in future I’ll be going straight back to Bodytech!!

I've had 4 sessions with Tracey so far and I have seen a difference already. I went to her with lower back pain after dealing with it for a year. Also realised after talking to her and explained that i had a stomach problem in 2016 which was sibo she thinks it's connected is some way.. after her explaining it to me it makes sense that it also has a input.. good value for money and very friendly... not many people that I trust but she nos what she's on about and she will go the extra mile in her own time to do research.. very honest and down to earth. 😁

My first treatment with Tracey was in 2004 when I was suffering from back pain due to an accident whilst paragliding on holiday. Tracy located my problem and advised me to see my doctor as soon as possible of which I did, to find out that I had a fractured vertebra in my spine. Since then I have visited Tracy on a monthly basis for treatment to help me manage my back problem which enables me to manage my daily work. In the last eight years I have had lower back, hip and leg problems, trapped sciatic nerve, and more recently areas of my shoulders and neck all of which Tracy has treated to keep me mobilised. I go for treatment to Tracy once a fortnight on whatever area is the worst (I like to give her a challenge). I know that my problems will not get any better but the treatment I receive from Tracy gives me relief from the pain. One thing I do appreciate is that Tracy always explains the treatment and shows me the muscle area on the diagram that she is working on. Tracy has also recommended exercises that I can do, she definitely knows her job. I have strongly recommended people to Tracy and they have benefited from her treatments. I will continue to recommend Tracy to others. Thanks Tracy for all the pain (relief). What would I do without you?

This woman is a genius. I swear she has x-ray vision! 😀 Absolute first class sports injury therapist. I have degenerative discs in my mid and lower back and an old injury from a coccyx fracture. Years of relying on opiate medication in order to function is hopefully coming to an end. I've never felt better. Tracy is a lovely person, down to earth and puts you at ease. She is so accommodating and when my neck locked a few week's ago, she even saw me on a Saturday night... Most of all, she LISTENS to you and works with you. I seriously cannot recommend her services highly enough. I'd give fifty 🌟 rating if it was possible... Thanks Trace.. keep doing what you do, as you do it so damned well!

Fantastic for any injuries or general aches and pains, I originally went in with an ankle injury and several years later I have regular monthly massages for any areas that are problematic at the time. Tracey can certainly provide a deep tissue massage, you wonder where she gets her strength from sometimes! They should be prescribed on the NHS, highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Tracey, she will take the time to find out what is exactly the problem and when / how it occurs. After breaking my arm I couldn't play in goal any more so decided I wanted to play outfield again but I had been suffering with nerve pain in right leg / lower back for such a long time it wasn't possible, I had previously tried but the pain would last days afterwards. Straight away Tracey knew how to tackle it. Within weeks I was back to playing football pain free. Tracey will talk you through the treatment constantly and put you at ease.

Absolutely amazing service, Very professional, 100% actually 110% value for money. I would highly recommended this to anyone she knows what she is doing she has super powers lol. I had a trapped nerve in my right leg which was painful while doing any kind of phyical sport.
