I had a colon hydrotherapy done, probably the best thing I have done for myself. I am a very anxious person so was very nervous as I never done it before. Jan was amazing, she is very caring and made me feel very comfortable through it all. She also gave me lots of good advice. I suffer with IBS and have felt bloated for years I woke up this morning feeling really good and my stomach has gone back to normal for the first time in years.
