I have visited Philippa for reflexology many times and always leave feeling very relaxed and de-stessed. Philippa is such a lovely lady, she is very knowledgeable and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I always look forward to my next session.

I had the pleasure of receiving a Reflexology treatment by distance with Philippa. I wondered how this would work but as I send Distant Reiki myself (and a Reflexologist), I wanted to give it a go. I was blown away! I could actually feel Philipps rotating my toes, working around the digestive area and she did some lymphatic drainage. My feet were a little swollen prior to the treatment but not after. At the end of the session I walked around my room and it was as if I had received a face-to-face session as I felt like I was walking on air! I'd highly recommend trying Distance Reflexology with Philippa at Totem Reflexology. Thank you.
