R. G.Julia has provided me with two different aromatherapy roller ball blends, which have been excellent. One sits in my desk drawer and is great for focusing my brain for work and calming me down before big meetings. The other is on my bedside table and is a relaxing blend to use to help me get off to sleep, which Julia provide as part of an online sleep session. I highly recommend Ascent Aromatherapy even if you don't live close by (I'm almost 400 miles away).

I have visited Julia on a number of occasions now for massages, the consultation prior to the massage has meant that the oils used have been personal to how I want to feel afterwards, from being relaxed to more energised! Julia has also made cream for eczema which has soothed my skin and cleared it up! Excellent service!

K. C.Julia was absolutely wonderful with my son (12) for his first massage. Prior to arriving she sent us a link with photos to show us what to expect when we arrived, allowing him to prepare. Her treatment room is gorgeous; warm and inviting and instantly relaxing. She explained every step and encouraged him to ask any questions which put him at ease. He was involved in the whole process and even got to choose the blend of relaxing oils she would be using on him. I was present throughout and could see just how comfortable he was. Afterwards, he said he felt very relaxed and particularly enjoyed the foot massage. He now has a rollerball bottle of his oil blend to apply before bed to help him sleep which I think is a beautiful idea. We will definitely be visiting again.
