Husband and I went for deep tissue massages. Everyone was welcoming and friendly from booking to arriving to the massage itself. We got asked how deep we wanted and they really did go deep (like we needed and requested). At a few points when we asked for less intense, they adjusted accordingly. Still a bit achey but already feeling the benefits and planning when we'll go back. (Migh try the relaxing option eventually, once we deal with the tight muscles that need releasing!).

Had a great massage here. The lady was very friendly and welcoming. I expressed where the pain was in my shoulder and she really targeted where the pain was. She frequently asked if I was happy with the pressure being applied. I ached a little afterwards but 2 days later, everything feels so much better and I have raised my arm up in the air for the first time in weeks. Will definitely be going back. Great massage.

A fantastic Spa offering an excellent service. I cam away refreshed and feeling more flexible than I've felt in years. Having worked from home for the past 2 years I, like many people have become lazy and as a result gained weight which has given me a bad back and poor posture. Wow! Absolutely amazing place to go. The massages are second to none, very professional and fantastic quality in their massage techniques. My legs and lower back have been in a lot of pain from work, so after going here my pain has reduced considerably and has improved my mobility. I love the atmosphere too as it is a sense of calmness and relaxation also the staff have a great sense of humour.
