I'm so glad I found Andrea. From the outset she was able to identify where I was experiencing the most pain, where I had issues with mobility and muscle weakness. She's a very experienced therapist with a wealth of knowledge in alternative and holistic approaches. Andrea has done wonders for my movement and pain management giving me exercises and has also advised changes to my diet that has improved my sleep and energy massively.

I saw Andrea with a mix of issues from pain / stiffness in my back to knee pain. She was very helpful for both issues and I am feeling the benefits. I contacted Andrea following what she subsequently suspected was an acute locked back incidence while on vacation in Cornwall. After taking some pain relief and anti-inflammatory medication, Andrea agreed to see me at short notice outside of her working hours which was extremely kind of her. Within 90mins she was able to return me from a lopsided, forward twisted posture to standing upright with full movement. She gave me several specific and extremely effective spinal exercises. This enabled me to return to London the following day by car although I am pretty sore around my lower back as Andrea predicted. She recommended I see my conventional health care practitioner for further investigation and rehabilitation. I would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking professional help in her field of expertise.

I first consulted Andrea for a recurrence of nerve pain that was initially treated with neurosurgery several years previously. The nerve pain went from my left hip down my leg and into my left foot and I was at a point where I had to use a walking stick to aid my mobility. I was amazed by the level of pain relief from my first treatment with her. Andrea has such an understanding of physiology and anatomy, along with years of study in complementary health practices that she was able to get to the root of my pain and designed exercises for me that progressed as my treatments continued. I eventually stopped using my walking stick and am now pain-free. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone suffering from musculoskeletal or other pain.

While she wasn't want I initially expected (having assumed it would be more of a straight forward sports massage), she actually corrected several imbalances in my posture, improved my flexibility immensely, and relieved a niggling knee injury.
