Highly recommend Thrive Massage where I had a neck shoulder and back massage recently. Lizzie was so welcoming and really easy to talk to. The first part of my session was a discussion of what I was looking to achieve from the appointment as well as her professional assessment. I needed to relax as well as relieve tightness to my neck and that was definitely achieved. The location and hut itself is also very tranquil. Thanks again Lizzie, I'll be visiting again!

Have so far had five massages at Thrive and will definitely be back for more! Lizzie demonstrates excellent knowledge and talks you through what’s she’s doing and what muscles etc she’s working on. Her sports massage is amazing - she is firm without causing any discomfort and she always gives me follow up stretches to do after my session. I have been coming to see Lizzie regularly and can highly recommend the services she provides. She is professional and knowledgeable and explains the problems areas you have and how to do simple strength exercises afterwards to help those muscles. She completes a full assessment before treatment and has massively reduced the pain in my neck & shoulders since visiting her. Thank you soooo much!!
