Joining Mandy's aquanatal class was the best thing I could have done during my pregnancy. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It was so much more than just pregnancy swimming (which was wonderful in itself to bob around weightless when you are the size of a hippo). I also did Mandy's free Positive Birth Movement class, had a pregnancy massage with her and did baby massage and buggy fit afterwards (as well as a first time mums class that sadly closed due to funding cuts). So Mandy went on my entire pregnancy and birth journey with me, and got to know me, my partner and our little boy far better than any of the multitude of midwives and health visitors did. She is genuinely friendly and approachable and takes a real interest in you as a person. All of the classes and courses she offers are expertly run and enjoyable, and thanks to her relaxed approach I met lots of other mums to be and made firm friends through her classes. I am only sad because I am back at work and can no longer participate in anything she does. Get involved with Mandy if it is the one thing you do during your maternity!

Highly recommended pre- and postnatally. In the last two weeks of my pregnancy, the massages as well as Mandy's midwife/mum experience relaxed me (much needed). Following my very positive experience, I continued with Mandy after giving birth by attending her first time mums group at st johns children's centre (which helped me make great mum friends), doing baby massage course (which is great for bonding with your baby and great excuse to get out of the house) and by doing buggy fitness (which was great for starting exercising again after a year's break but also under watchful eye of an ex-midwife who told you what you should and shouldn't do after giving birth). I can thoroughly recommend Mandy’s ante and post natal massages. I am now learning baby massage with her too. She is friendly and knowledgable and instantly puts clients at ease. I can also recommend her antenatal aqua aerobics and positive birth movement classes at Woking Pool and the First Time Mums class in Knaphill.

I first met Mandy 2 years ago at Aquanatal Woking at Pool in the Park when I was pregnant with my first. I loved it, was the perfect way to unwind after a day at work and ease the pregnancy aches, had a fab group too who are still great friends. We loved it so much we all enrolled on Mandy's baby massage class which was also great, really chilled and from Mandy's midwifery background she was of course extremely knowledgeable. I started seeing Mandy again when i was pregnant with my second and her pregnancy massage was amazing.. i'm still seeing her now 5 months post partum. Cant recommend highly enough.

Mandy has been an absolute life saver during my first pregnancy. I've attended her Aqua natal classes at Woking Leisure - the perfect way to stay active and have fun! Mandy gave me a pregnancy massage when I was pregnant with my daughter. It was so nice and relaxing and just what I needed in my later stages of pregnancy. Mandy is friendly, approachable and accommodating with her availability. She also comes to your house so you can simply continue relaxing after she has left rather than getting yourself back home again. I'll be booking another massage with her shortly for my second pregnancy! I have also attended the aqua natal classes at Woking pool in the park on a Wednesday night for both pregnancies and I would recommend them to anyone. So nice to have dedicated time to yourself, do some exercise that's not too straining on a pregnant body, good fun and a chance to have a chin wag too!
