I’ve not had a massage in years and felt I needed a bit of self care so booked in with Paul. He was as professional as I expected him to be and talked through what he was doing and why. I left feeling so much better and will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend him to others .

Great treatment from Paul. He is very knowledgeable and explains what he is doing as the treatment happens. As a result of my treatment, my posture has and is continuing to improve and I feel much better. Paul has given me some video and exercises to do at home in-between sessions.
