An amazing experience and can't recommend enough. Jo was very thorough and thoughtful, she went through what she was going to do beforehand so that I was comfortable and provided me with at home exercises I can do to help. A massage truly tailored for the individual.

I can highly recommend Jo at Trayah and I'm so glad to have found her to support me. I have lipoedema stage 2 type 4, 5 weeks ago I had surgery on my legs. I contacted Jo before the surgery and we arranged an appointment so she could assess me and agree a treatment plan. As soon as I met Jo I immediately felt at ease and relaxed in her company, her knowledge and passion for her clients is evident. I now have twice weekly MLD sessions with Jo which are an absolute god send. The sessions have really helped to reduce my swelling and pain in my legs and I always look forward to them. The clinic is always spotlessly clean and COVID secure.

Jo is amazing. I feel so much better after seeing her. She’s very respectful and asks me for permission before moving clothes etc. She creates a really safe space. I come out floating. I only intended to go once or twice and now I’m booked in once a month!

Jo at Trayah is the best! I’m finding it very hard to find a replacement since she has left Australia. She was able to find all the problems and fix them through remedial massage & cupping. She is so careful not to cause any pain. She is also so warm, friendly and funny. I’ve been to many remedial massages and Trayah is by far the best.
