I had a few personal training sessions with Jamie recently. He is truly a professional! From the assessment to the tailored exercises, he puts a huge effort to make you feel and look better. Pushing me during the trainings helped me building my strength and mobility. He is really passionate about health and has a wealth of knowledge, that is resonating with all the useful tips he gives you. I would highly recommend him, if you are looking for a friendly, reliable and great quality service!

I have been seeing Jay for a couple of years now and I can honestly say that he has helped me in many ways. The work he’s done to my back, neck and jaw have been incredible and through this work I’ve managed to get into a calmer more relaxed state in every day life. Not to mention his knowledge with mindfulness and calming the nervous system, all of this together has been fundamental in my own personal recovery. I can’t say enough good things about him and his business.

I've seen Jay for sports therapy and massage. He is excellent at accurately assessing, locating, manipulating and releasing even the most stubborn, tender knots and tension. He sorted my 3month old ankle injury releasing tension all the way up my leg and into my hips! Correcting my stance and posture back to normal. Also giving me strength exercises to help the muscles too. He also does amazing massage treatments to relax your mind and body, always come out uplifted! Highly recommend 😊

I have been seeing Jay as my personal trainer twice a week for just over 2 years and I have never felt better physically or been in such good shape. He always mixes up our workout routines weekly so things are never boring and that was always my reason for not working out before on my own in a gym as it was so repetitive and boring. Having him as my trainer supporting and encouraging you get the best from the workouts is a game changer for me. He is incredibly knowledgable and really understands fitness, exercise and nutrition which is a real bonus. He also cares about his clients and always puts 100% into every session and is also great fun so we always end up having a giggle or two during our PT sessions. I have been having regular massage for years and Jay is hands down the best masseuse I have been too. What are you waiting for...book a session with him asap!
