Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with massaging- I’ve always had a bit of bad back from stress and post births etc, my back became worse after contracting Covid last January, I was desperate and Jidapha completely sorted my back, practically pain free. I can’t remember the last time my whole body felt as good as this! I cannot thank her enough! I am now booking every 3 months or so.. completely changed my perception of massages to maintain a healthy body. Thank you and would definitely recommend!

The second time Jidapha has given me a massage. Both absolutely fantastic!!! I had pain in my neck which caused headaches, after the therapy it was instantly gone. WOW WOW WOW, that’s my first thought on my massage, I had a lower back problem from over work, I couldn’t put my socks on in the morning, so I booked an appointment with Jidapha, (who told me off for being negligent to my body). She was so helpful and told me it will be uncomfortable but I could go to work after and tomorrow I would feel so much better... and Jidapha was spot on, since then iv had other treatments, I enjoy going to see Jidapha as she makes each massage personal and likes to help you get better. For anyone reading this, my advice is, give it a go, you won’t be disappointed

Hi, I've just been to see jidapha, and I didnt know what to expect, I have suffered from sciatica 18years and have had problem get worse at the moment, after a long treatment with her yesterday my pain feels a lot easier and can move more then I could barely before. I have tried so many Thai massages but Jidapha massage is the best one in whole Sussex, if you have pain anywhere in your whole body just go and see Jidapha. I had so many knots in my leg, foot, back, shoulders and neck.. Jidapha took all my pain away by doing deep tissue massage. Reasonable price as well. It is worth going to Jidapha, you will get the 5 star professional treatment as well.

I've suffered with tennis elbow for months been to see doctor but not much help. My husband find jidapa from internet and I come see her and it was amazed me a lot. Its was painful at first but worth it after 30minuits i feel less pain and i can move my arm again !!. Next day i take off arm supporter and try to move my arm and i noticed that the pain has gone !!! Just after 3 times massage. Thank you so much to make my life easy again.
