I am an older lady and I have quite complex neurological issues. Three years ago when I first met Katherine I was in almost constant pain and had difficulty walking and keeping my balance. The difference that my regular massage and lymph drainage treatments have made to my overall health has been really quite significant and my mobility and balance are much improved. Katherine is not only an excellent massage practitioner but also her empathetic and highly intuitive manner make each individual treatment both appropriate and unique.

Having suffered through back pain for a number of years I’m at a point I know how to painfully move around and that it’ll take 2-3 weeks of pure pain until I recover. This time my partner booked me in and I have to say it was such a relief to being relieved of the pain in the same day and for my back to be back to normal(no silly or sudden movements) and targeted stretching to maintain it. I went to Brian hoping that massage would help ease the sciatic pain, it did the job and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. I felt super relaxed following the treatment. I now visit Brian for a massage often as I can feel the benefits physically. Brian suggested that energy work maybe helpful as I have trouble sleeping so I decided to give it a go. What ever magic Katie did was greatly received as I slept for six hours that evening.

I received a full body massage from Brian from this practice when on a festival weekend at the beginning of December and Wrexham massage had a marquee on-site. To be honest I'd heard really good reviews about Katie and Brian sometime previous but never got around to a massage until months later at the beginning of December 2017. To say that Brian's massage gave me the benefits of a physical and mental transformation is an understatement. I literally walked out from that marquee with a real pure flexible spring in my step and it was just what I needed. His manner and experience and professionalism was exemplary and will certainly be going back for follow-up massage on a regular basis. If you ever wonder if it can be that transformative then you must at least try a full body massage once.

She was very professional after my consultation not only did she provide me with excellent service she went above and beyond to find even the smallest of knots and taught me exercises to do at home also to help.
