J. O.Neil has been treating me for a few months now to tackle long-standing back and shoulder issues. The change I’ve noticed is incredible! I no longer experience the pain whilst in the gym, and my range of motion has improved no end. Neil really takes the time to understand the issues experienced, and explain how we can work to fix them. I would recommend Neil to anyone, and am looking forward to continuing to make improvements moving forward!

Neil really knows his stuff, works with specific muscle groups that are problematic for me and eveysingle time he has a way of getting to the problem without making me wince constantly as other therapists have in the past. Not only is Neil great at what he does, there's great conversation and I come away every time feeling like I've had a good gab and the muscle relief and increased range of motion is obvious straight away. I. W.Whilst on holiday, my wife had a sore back and we found Neil who - co-incidentally - was local to our caravan site. One deep tissue treatment for her followed by ( a few days later) a full body massage helped tremendously. I got one too ('for leisure' as it were) and it was absolutely superb. Neil is a very nice chap, thoroughly professional and is happy to discuss wider wellbeing issues acting as a signpost for more self help. We used his studio at home but he travels around the North Wales / Wirral / Merseyside area to treat his clients. We will use him again when in the area and would recommend him without hesitation or reservation

He is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and always tries to assist me with the most pressing issue at the time. I find it so convenient having a massage in your own home. He has professional and comfy equipment and even vegan cruelty free products! Recently, due to Covid 19 restrictions, Neil has kindly completed a video consultation to advise me of exercises which I can complete to reduce back pain whilst working from home. He genuinely seems to care about his clients, which i find wonderful. I would recommend.
