My massage with Fiona was the perfect combination of repair and relaxation. After a thorough consultation, she expertly targeted key areas of pain whilst simultaneously providing a calm and peaceful environment. It was, quite honestly, the most relaxed I've been a long time! Highly recommended.

Complete Calm is a perfect business name as this is exactly what Fiona offers. We started with a fact finding session to determine my general health, wellbeing, exercise and any issues Fiona could help with. This consultation enabled Fiona to tailor the massage to my needs. Background music was by choice. My legs were placed over a bolster which released the pressure from my lower back. My back was my target area and the massage was very thorough. Fiona has an amazing touch. The experience was very relaxing and I could happily have fallen asleep at the end. Fiona gave me tips for keeping my back in good shape and 2 weeks later the pain is no more. I would highly recommend Fiona whether you are looking for an effective treatment for a specific issue or just for relaxation/pampering. I will be back.

Fiona is amazing. I stumbled in to her with chronic back pain from an old injury and walked out like a spring lamb after a one hour massage. She totally understood my issues and worked just on the problem whilst talking me through the massage. It was soooo relaxing too. I completely zoned out at one point.
