P. S.Went in to the White Rose Clinic for a bike fit. Mike was very thorough, and we discussed my history with the sport and my goals for the future, before Mike put me through a few tests to assess my physiology and flexibility. He then measured my bike and did some motion capture with me on the bike to look at how I was riding.
After this, Mike spent a good deal of time making various adjustments and testing these out to see if my position had improved. He communicated very well throughout the process and explained all of the changes he was making in detail. It turned out that my body was behaving quite strangely on the bike - but Mike was very patient and made sure my position was correct.
Mike also made it clear from the start that he was not trying to sell bike parts or anything else (unlike many shop-based bike fitters) and provided useful advice on parts that I might want to try. I really feel that Mike went the extra mile to accommodate me. I am now much more comfortable on the bike thanks to him. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit on a friends recommendation and I’m very pleased I went......for the first time ever I was listened to, my problems discussed and a future programme decided upon. I left with bespoke shoe inserts and was immediately more comfortable.
