Ordered a new tyre on Thursday afternoon, got a call first thing Friday morning to say it had arrived, garage rearranged their workload to suit my needs and fitted the tyre on Friday lunchtime, excellent customer service once again as always 👌

I actually ment to leave this review a while ago. Jopps is allways busy and for good reason. I've never heard another biker say anything negative about the staff or the work they carry out. So when i phoned up about a problem with my rear break i was expecting to have to wait for a few weeks but when the mechanic heard that my bike is my every day transport i was told to bring the bike in that day because they didn't want to leave another biker stranded or riding around with 1 break. Within 3 hours of my phone call my bike was roadworthy again.

They do bike repairs. MOT and much more wit Excellent customer service, their diagnostic skills are excellent and I trust them implicitly with all my future repairs. The KTM needed detective work to resolve the problems we were having with it, so now I’m delighted to say , the bike is home and running better than ever. Communication via text and calls, throughout the repairs and during the covid pandemic was continuous. Our mechanic took his work home with him to get the work done over lockdown , I see this as going above and beyond the call of duty. The garage refused payment until after restrictions were eased and I was happy with the bike. The bike started instantly, and it ran beautifully all the way home. Highly recommending this garage.

quality service at a fair price . i brought in my carbs from my gsxr750 for a full rebuild in October . they went above and beyond to rebuild them ... have been fully rebuilt and they replaced every perishable item on the carbs with a full ultrasonic clean ... they look like new ... good service, very friendly , and no BS ... will be back for sure

Great local garage, they make getting your bike sorted feel effortless and stress-free. Taken my bike here numerous times and they have always offered a fair price and reliable service. Its nice to be able to interact directly with the mechanics on the shop floor and they will often show you whats going on with your bike, and how you can do the small things yourself to save the pennies. Definitely a place that looks out for its customers and all bikers, which can't be said about some of the dealers in Aberdeen.

I arrived a good bit early for a MOT yesterday with my old VN1500 bike, expecting to have to wait around for an hour for my 4pm appointment. However, the mechanic went out of his way to put down what he was doing and get the checks done to the bike there and then. Whilst working on the bike, he took time to explain to me some of the checks he was doing, and even went so far as to research a bit of the bike history while he had a spare minute, (turns out my bike is a 'mean streak' version, I had no idea!) Not only was the MOT done quickly and concisely, but the staff were friendly and approachable the whole time I was there. After the MOT, the manager Lee, (at least I think she was the manager, apologies if not!) even spent some time showing me some care tips and tricks for keeping the rust away from the chrome on my bike. Just an excellent service from my new favourite bike garage. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future.

Put my bike in for repair. I got this bike for free after a friend couldn’t keep it due to relocation. Had been sitting for a number of years chained to a lamp post and wouldn’t turn over. Gave jopps a budget of £500 and time to fix it. Got the bike back in full working order, MOT’d and a new lease of life within a week. Best of all, was well under £500 in cost. They cleaned it up and serviced the full thing. Will take my bike here ongoing. Excellent service and excellent prices.

Did a full service on my R1 and chain and sprockets changed....they did an excellent job in good time at such a reasonable price...my gear changer felt slightly higher after the work and so I took my bike back and they spent 15 mins free of charge getting it perfect for me...l couldnt reccomend them enough....Thank you Jopps

Bike failed MOT at Ecosse - it would take them 4 weeks to look at a front wheel alignment. Booked it into Jopps who had a slot 1 week from MOT failure. Dropped it off at 10am (appointment time was at 3pm) Mechanic pulled my bike straight in and done it within 30mins. Will definitely be going back for future MOT/Service/Repairs.
